To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pisoluck, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.
pisoluck's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pisoluck account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. pisoluck does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgment: You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. pisoluck is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through use of the Platform. You agree to gamble only with funds you can afford to lose.

Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, pisoluck may, at its sole discretion, forfeit any remaining balance in your account, including any bonus funds and associated winnings. Where termination is not due to a breach by you, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such claims.
pisoluck reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.
Your continued use of the Platform after any amendments have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.
